All my NP++ for a script of sms sender from web to mobile in LEBANON

I will give all my Nps and bit more for a script that allowes sending sms from the web to mobiles and must be received to cell phones in Lebanon
any one can do it will be paid a lot for it
SO please if you are interested to give it a try tell me

I cannot do this, but I think you should try and list all the mobile phone providers of Lebanon for the usefulness of your new script.
