All LLL.Ca's Gone?

I was doing my random checks of available LLL.ca's, and to my surprise... it seems.. well they are all gone.. and doing a check on all the hundreds of LLL.cas available yesterday, that are now gone today... ONE person registered them all..

Can anyone else verify this? .. or am I just being misled?

Great news for LLL.ca and NNN.ca investors.

Now all we need is a new CIRA CEO that will make changes to registration/renewal/transfer procedures and maybe loosen up the residency restrictions a little.

I for one am 100% against opening it up any more than it is now. The big multinational domain holders/companies will swoop in and snap everything up in no time flat. Good if you want a quick return on domains you hold, useless for the long run imo. Think tbr domains are getting expensive now - after that they will become out of reach for most domainers.

Jumping on board is the wrong way to say it - he already owned a number of very good generic .ca's and had been buying up more on the aftermarket (and fresh reg) over the past year. He's not the only one either - the emall guys have been picking up their pace as well.

I'm entirely in agreement! I much prefer to have less competition for the premium domains ... lets a small time cat like me compete and get a chance to pick up premium generics :D. Like legaldictionary.ca hehe.

It seems the last buys were a split primarily between 2 people - Adam @ DNF being one of them. Ironically I was doing a scan after getting back from Traffic with the intention of picking up a few dozen more and they beat me to it!
