I know of a script that does some of what you ask, however I don't think there is a script that does everything you specified above. You can check out http://www.alstrasoft.com/expired.htm, that might help you out a bit but I'm not sure really of search engine submission. You could maybe incorporate it into an existing system if you find one. I would recommend looking @ http://www.hotscripts.com
