No single Chinese premium LLLL.net is left...

Last few days I received offers from 20-25 people from China mostly. After exchanging email or two I was offering them my .net CHIPs too. And noone was really interested. May be it was wrong folks, some of this guys have budgets over $50000 to invest and .net CHIPs is just too small to mess with, my opinion.

Reason - some of them are interested only in seller's market and not investor/accumulator's market same like many of us.

Here is an update on what happened with todays drops. Keep in mind, every registrar ending with (Hong Kong) is the same guy, HAOXING GONG. By the looks of it, his setup is comparable to Pheenix. I don't think he has as many registrars as DropCatch, but he has more than a dozen!

Lol, Yes it's strange. Maybe that registrar was previously owned by a hosting company, but they were going under. Then, Mr. Gong went and bought them (not because of their hosting status, but because of their accreditation status).. That's the only thing I could think of. Then again, maybe he has family who is from Israel haha

We need to wait atleast 4-5 years to get the true value of 4l.net
Here is the analysis of llll .net chinese premium
In total there are 160k chinese premium domains i.e wihtout a e i o u v
out of 160k- 80k are developed site
so we are left with 80k and as per my sources
out of 80k around 55k has been bought up by chinese guy
so we are now left with 25k which will soon vanish.

We also made some analysis, the result might not be very accurate.
here it is:

about 1/3 Chinese premium LLLL.net are used by end users, mostly by Chinese companies.
about 1/3 are used by gambling and porn website, which is illegal in China.
the last 1/3 are hold by domainers, and maybe mostly by Chinese.

Do end users care about this spicy history?

I've noticed that a lot 4L.nets are used by end-users too, even more than 4l.coms, looks like regular small business in China don't like to break the budget and purchase .com for 3-5K.

Sorry, I don't know about it (gambling/porn to the end users). It seems most of gambling/porn LLLL.net domain names were registered a few years ago and few of them are dropped?

Yes, many small business in China do NOT like to purchase domain names for a higher price, so they register .net or .cc ... by themselvs.

But, a few of them would like to purchase domain names. These "a few" are our clients

People are paying 50+ dollars to get premium Chinese LLLL.net . In one year there will be more than 10% of domains worth more than 50 dollars, in three years more than 30%.
