Are all affiliate programs/networks as easy to sign up as clickbank?

What are ones that I can just sign up for a view? Such as clickbank. Thanks

You can sign up for Commission Junction, it is as easy as signing up for clickbank. However if i remember clearly, they require you to fill in some tax information.

others like adbrite.com and axill.com requires that you have a page, and they approve within 24 to 48 hours
