I know they have trademark but how come they have left the domain unregistered. There must be some value of this domain

Don’t try to sell to trademark holder. If you’re lucky, they ignore you. If not, they’ll file UDRP against you and win it. Read up on UDRP cases and you will understand why nobody bought it before you.
