Alexa top 100 in the U.S. website being auctioned on Flippa

I just read Raymond Hackney post on thedomains.com about this auction.

Here are the stats from flippa for the site.

Page Views: 70,835,331
Unique Visits: 3,716,995
Platform: Wordpress 4.7
Site Age: 4 years

I think I figured out the website by using builtwith.com. I viewed the top 25 and only saw one site running with Wordpress 4.7. The domain age is older than 4 years, but other stats look about right.
