My beloved, red HoT Red Sox begin the best-of-seven "American League Championship Series" against the dreaded Yanks beginning Tuesday, 10/12! :tu:

Remember that these EXACT same two teams went to an epic Game #7 last year at this very time. :'(

WoooHooo.
-Jeff B-)

PS. That manager from Minnesota (who just lost it all to the Yanks in the "ALDS") would have been fired on the spot had he been in Boston - awful pitching management in this game, where they had been ahead 5 - 1, and ended up losing 6 - 5. :o

But you're right, folks ... I had a VERY ROUGH Game 3 there in person, as near to devastated as one can get, I'd imagine. BUT, the next day I was in Foxboro with Howie Long and the fella's, and the Pat's cranked it ip once again! :music:
Then the Sox made some more '04 magic last night (stayed up and watched that on TV)!
WoooHooo.
Today, we're having RedSox Nationโ„ข North over at 4:00 for a BBQ, and then Pedro and Game #5 at 5:00 p.m. This is NOT over, folks! %%-

See you soon. :)

Hopefully it's as good as the game last night or better yet another 19-8 game but this time in the favor of the Sox. Should be a great game with Pedro pitching and the bats starting to heat back up with the momentum of the thunderous win and homer finish last night in game 4. :tu:

The Mueller hit against Rivera in the 9th was a great boost for the Sox and gives them confidence that even though he's great that they can still get him frazzled. The Sox showed the Yankee fans that it's not over until it's over and there's still a chance to make history. As after all, there always has to be a first for everything. We can all hope that it will be 3-2 after tonight. B-) :)

The Sox are in tough. They need to get Damon going and hopefully Pedro can cool down those Yankee bats.

The rivalry is too good for it to end this soon (hopefully).

Good Luck on your bets guys:D!

Not too much baseball up here, just the Blue Jays that never make the post-season and the Expos gone,.

It's been exciting, but the Sox won't be able to pull it off back in NY. Yanks will take Game 6 with a 6-4 score in the 10th.

NO team has ever came back down 3-0 to win the series.

Go go Yankees and now since Shilling is the only pitcher really left for the Sox to throw tomorrow, does that ankle start to worry you? Only lasted 3 innings in game 1, and since then has been told he HAS to have surgery on it to repair it, and he goes back out and pitches game 5, will game 1 results repeat themselves?

Things to ponder ;)

~David "Big Daddy Clutch" Ortiz Does It Again~

In another thriller the Sox have once again won an extended game at home. David "Clutch" Ortiz does it again as he brings Johnny Damon home in the bottom of the 14th to win and bring them one closer to tying up the series. Hopefully it won't take the Sox as long to finish them off tonight. B-)

Should be another great game with all of the momentum with the Sox going back to New York for game 6. They've been doing a great job shutting down Rivera and crushing his confidence. :tu:

Yes ... ride the WAVE!!! :yell:

OMG, I can barely keep my eyes open ... and my stress level is at an all-time high! :tri:
After the heroics of the last two nights, Boston now goes to N.Y. to face off in Game #6 tonight at 8:00 p.m. (Sox are down in the Series 2 - 3). Shilling takes the mound (with that narly ankle issue, as mentioned above). What to think? What to do? This all is of EPIC proportions / consequences here in New England, of course friends ... trust me!! Pure craziness 24x7. :yell:
Trust me, this is not over! %%-

See you soon.
