My beloved, red HoT Red Sox begin the best-of-seven "American League Championship Series" against the dreaded Yanks beginning Tuesday, 10/12! :tu:

Remember that these EXACT same two teams went to an epic Game #7 last year at this very time. :blink:

PS. That manager from Minnesota (who just lost it all to the Yanks in the "ALDS") would have been fired on the spot had he been in Boston - awful pitching management in this game, where they had been ahead 5 - 1, and ended up losing 6 - 5. :o

Been a lifelong Orioles fan and a 10 year Astros fan..I just HATE the Yankees and wish they would fall to last place every year.

Try getting ripped off in the ACLS by the Yankees cheating and having them snatch up all the good players and having an all-star team every year...then you'll come around

the fact of the matter is though, they DON'T have all the good players, they have players that work as a team, their pitching staff was one of the weakest all season. RedSox are mad because they couldn't get a-rod, and all the big players getting moved around this year, the teams they came from got BETTER after getting rid of them.. its not all about the players, but the chemistry between the players
