The banner is nice, layout design looks professional and the background color is good too. I think you should consider adding some graphics or images of popular artists as your site is about music downloads.

EDIT: Layout looks excellent. Logo should be changed to match a music type theme.

Positive: Great design and use of color. It is really easy on the eyes.

Negative: The main logo says AlbumBase but then shows a grassy field? I would try to get something musical in the banner. Also that warning at the bottom or whatever should match the site better. Right now it looks like a Surgeon General's Warning.
