I know hyphens are normally bad, but what about when they are actually part of the name?

This could possibly be sold to a counterterrorism blog, a news service, etc.

Some publications do use a hyphen.

I would still say regfee to very low xx for it undeveloped. I am not sure exactly what development could occur on it. Maybe it would be a good site for the Administration to use putting up the members of Al Queda who have been successfully captures and those still on the run.

No. You need lots of visitors and lots of ad revenue to increase the value dramatically. Content itself won't help.

Just because something has a lot of listings on Google and Overture and its in your domain doesn't help. If I wanted a lot of money for baseball, baseballisasportthatmanypeopleplay.com wouldn't help, even though baseball is in the name.
