Ok first it is in the wrong section, secondly appraisals are pretty worthless as it isn't factual but opinion based.

Lastly find an end user to sell it too if you are looking for a good price. Selling to resellers isn't where the money is at.

A "domain for sale" isn't looking for an opinion as it is in the wrong thread. He is looking to hear something he won't get & to save him the frustration I'm telling him what he should do for his own good.

That is true, I forgot that he was listing the domain for sale and not for appraisal. However under normal circumstances people ask for appraisals with the understanding that it is an "educated opinion".
