I understand bro the concern but I don’t think its pure replacement At a scale like JPMorgan Chase, AI will likely automate repetitive and data-heavy roles first. Higher-level decision-making, strategy, and relationship management still need humans. It’s more evolution of roles than total elimination. The real shift is in required skills, not complete workforce removal.
