Agra is a fantastic place (have been there twice) and as you already know it's a highly touristic city.

Since you have already received some good offers on your .co.in (and sold one, or two (?)), I'd say that this name is another winner.

Of course, that's also because of the place of .co.in in the Indian internet space.

I would not sell for less than high XXX / low XXXX.

(As you know, I also have .co.in / .in names, and believe that they have a very good potential).

My appraisals: I think for the Agra.co.in you're right on ($x,xxx), however I wouldn't see the TajMahal.co.in going for mid $x,xxx.. low $x,xxx yes.

Atleast that's my opinion, though I don't have a vast knowledge of co.in domain prices.
