Afternic is down?

Several months ago I entered afternic in Google and click on search result Afternic.com. But website not opened. This was in Google Chrome. I tried to open it in Mozilla Firefox but this is not opened too.
Today I tried to open it from other computer but the same.
What's going on with this site? Afternic.com is not work on computers only in my country Ukraine?

I contacted them with the asking unblock my IP and they checked, they not blocked my IP.
Here's what they written:
"We have not blocked your IP address, so the block is related to your region and is either instituted by our parent company, GoDaddy, or by the government in your region. We have seen cases in the past where residents of certain countries are blocked from accessing Afternic.com and it is not a block intiated by Afternic or GoDaddy."

This is their standard answer... but actually whole IP-ranges (not certain IPs) are really blocked by Afternic.
