As you surely know, that's typically the type of domain where the value lies in development.
It isn't a bad domain in itself and I definitely see what you were thinking about when registering it, but I'm not sure it could be worth much, unless you find a motivated buyer, as always...
Something that's interesting is that it's relatively old (6 years), so I'm wondering... How much type-in traffic does it get ?
I would tend to say that you could try and develop it, but I guess you probably don't really have time for it because of your other projects.
I've just had a look at Namebio (which you might have heard about... lol).
Actually the only quite similar sale that I could find was hobbies-place.com which sold for $360 on TDNAM.
IMHO affordablehobbies.com is a bit better because of the lack of hyphen and the niche potential it has. But as you can see, domain sales in that kind of name are few and far between.
If you've already tried to sell it for quite some time without any success, I would say that it might be a good idea to simply drop it.
