Affiliattion Setup - or Directory Listing Setup

I would like to open a similar site and have tons of questions which I am not sure of. New York NY Hotels, Restaurants, Business Reviews & Ratings - Open List


- Where / how are they pulling the data (review are coming from different channels)
- Is it an internal DBs or affiliation signup?
- Something at scale, will it likely run on it's own or require full-time job attention
- How much roughly do you think it will cost for setup (site build, etc..)
