With development I think it has a lot of potential to generate a lot more then regfee ... it's a great descriptive name for an affiliate program comparison / review site that should over time create you a boat load of downline residual income.

Yes there's a lot of those sites out there and maybe to one of those owners looking for a great generic name to extend their database I'd be hoping for $300 - $600 for the name for it's potential.

To a guy just starting up, wanting to build that kind of business maybe a better option would be lease or rent-to-own $50 / mth for the first 6 months, $100 / mth for the following 6 ... get's you $900 and a steady income.

I have received some offers on the name in the past, all in low $xxx region, which seemed too low to me for a nice, old, descriptive .com, so I still hold on it. But now I am considering development, rather than sale.

It's a brandable and good looking domain. I would also recommend to rather develop it.

That's a nice domain - the keywords work well together, but the real value comes from the domain's history, PR, traffic, and niche. It definitely has big potential if developed into a site. You already have a good head start.

If you can find the right end-user, you could probably get low $x,xxx undeveloped, based on the existing strengths of this domain.

sounds good but its worth nothing in my opinion. Brand able domains are like lottery tickets. No sure thing! holding on to hope might make you feel better but hey some win the lottery and some don't so never say never. If you believe in hope then Great luck. wish you well. I am more a numbers guy , if people are not searching for your keywords! where is the business? a start up company might be your best bet.

richface, I believe that this domain is not about its "brand abilities" at all. It's rather descriptive domain which could explain site content very well - and thats why we use domains, IMO.

Don't see immediate resale value unless developed. U could turn it into an affiliate directory and get paid for referrals,,,
