It's a word from ancient Greek, and to be honest with you its use is zero in modern Greek.
The proper Greek spelling is AITHRA - with the TH substituting the Greek letter "theta". It's a female name, as you can see at http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aethra
The problem with your variation is that by adding the "e" at the end the name doesn't have any meaning, albeit it's a grammatical attempt to pluralize the word. In addition, there is already a company using the name Aethra.com and it's a very close match to their trademark.
