I see where your thought process was with this one, but all I really see here is an LLLL.co.

And there no market at this time for names like this IMO.

I would say reg-fee and possibly low $xx to someone else that sees what you see.

I dont any problem in developing, hundreds of sites have names that would appraise at $0 until developed: tumblr.com, webuyanycar.com, linkedin.com etc....though would be better as the .com
