Advise needed

I recently put my first website online,I threw it up really,yet I googled it today and its page 1 rank 4.

Now the thing is it only has google adsense on it.Has a bit of content,I could do alot more with it,but what would you do.Leave ads on it or try to develop it further.If so please let me know how or where I can get a proper site with a shop on it as such.What would you do>

Google often boosts sites up initially after they're submitted then shoots them down to the bottom. Good luck, and we have no idea what your site's about.

its on page 1 for which keyword ? if no one search for that keyword so its not a big deal really.
do u get traffic from it ?

I am getting about 20 visits daily atm.I hope it will improve.Only had the site up 2 weeks it was moved to page 1 yesterday.
