Adult Developing

I have an idea to make an adult website. All content will be filmed and photographed by me and my mate, we will place all content onto a website that will be created by me, to acces the content the members will need to subscribe. I will be using vBulletin and some sort of photo gallery where people need to upgrade or be a certain rank to view. People will be able to discuss each movie seperatly and also rank it as sort of a blog system. The only thing i need to know before doing this is what is the law on recording people have sex and then sell it. I know that they have to give permision, i just dont know how they will do. Thanks and i would also love other peoples ideas on a site like this it is a big thing and i will need a lot of preperation to get it perfect. Thanks for all in advanced,
