It's an alternative to adsense, or YPN. It's not allowed on parked domains, I think.

obviously it's not, it's for being developed sites and sites with content a way of monetizing the visits instead of the clicks those 2 you've mentioned are for clicks btw

yea, i think it's a good alternative for sites with huge traffic but low CTR or low CPC per click.
