ok, so the biggest mistake here is to believe the appraisal values of chatgpt, go daddy and other appraisal tools.
learned that myself in a hard way.

I ran some domains via ChatGPT the other day. I was not all that impressed with the results.

The domain doesn't really make sense. What does "ads loan" mean?

Friends, i just asked for domain appraisal but no one providing me appraisal value instead all becoming me disappointed, but i will not disappoint, i started domain flipping from 2020 - 2022 and due to loss in other businesses i stopped flipping, i make many mistakes during that time, now i came back in Dec 2024 with a lot of experience, research and funds. So any domain that i am purchasing have some value and i have plans to hold all of my domains for 10+ years or until sold.

After research i set price for this domain is $5000, in future i will definitely increase its price. Ads Loan can became a great startup company, a loan company that funds for advertisers to promote there products/services online (facebook ads, google ads, tv ads etc.) and offline (newspaper etc. )

Anyway thanks for providing disappointed comments, but it will not discourage me. Thanks
