Just want to know what people think of the Godaddy domain appraisal system. Does this bring an value when you want to sell a domain name?

When you place a domain on premium listing on Godaddy they show suggested price. I think this is based on Godaddy domain appraisal system. When the appraisal is high your listing price will be high but is this realistic?

It depends on the quality of the name, I think that appraisal can only help to sell high quality names like cars.com or boats.com. Company directors may need it to prove shareholders that they are not wasting their money.
