ADSL plan ???

Hi people I will be getting mlb.tv this week and my adsl connection is like 240kbps. I currently pay $39.95AUD a month for this plan.

To be able to watch the games I need around 420kbps and was wondering which may be the cheapest + can I connect to these plans overseas or whats the story?
What does the plan mean when it says like
512/512kbps
what does the 512/ mean?
512/128 kbps Easy 10 GB of Downloads 10 $39.95
Would this plan to what I want it to do which one is the bandwidth one? The 512 or the 128kbps???


Any suggestions would be great thanks. And help to point us in the right direction would be great also.

Sounds like they restrict you to 10 gigs of data per month.
