Now I know what your thinking, how fast is it going to take Google to file a UDRP notice for this domain, but there is no TM violation. As long as teh domain is used in good faith, and you don't start a contextual advertising service on the domain you are in the clear.
Using Sucks domains was declared legal in a federal court case between PayPalSucks.com and PayPal.
Now getting down to business, I don't have any range on offers here, from appraisals I'm getting the sum of mid $xxx - low $xxxx, however I received highest offer of only $100.
Minimum offer I am accepting is $100, if you would like to make an annonymous offer please PM me, this is not an auction there is no end date, I want to see what I can get for this name.
If the right offer is made I will sell the name. I have been considering back and forth between developing the name and selling it, and I just don't have the time to develop it.
The domain is getting a small but steady flow of type in traffic, about 5 visits per day. Stats are available upon request. Parking revenue is insignificant.
The potential this domain has is enourmous, Adsense has monopolied the PPC business on teh web for a long time, there has not been any descent competitors untill recently with the launch of YPN. All who have tried YPN have said that payouts are greater then Google's. When YPN becomes open to public the amount of people who will be willing to share their experiances on a forum will be great. Furthermore MSN is testing a contextual publisher network which will be made public in 2006, adding further competition on Adsense.
