Hello i just wondered if someone could explain to me in a simple manner because i am not the brightext crayon in the box :P well i wanted to know if

- You have to be 18 to collect the cash from adsense when you got hits for there site. or do you have to be 18 to start it?
- Does adsense really work and get you alot of income?
- How much imcome?

i'm trying to think of other questions really, so please bare with me, thank you

I think they can track who does it, and if you are constantly earning yourself cash when you are clicking on the google ads, they will suspend your account.

If you log into your Adsense account from, say, a school computer, then the IP gets logged as belonging to you, the Adsense publisher. Then, for example, you tell a few people about your site who then go on to have a look using the same IP and click on a few ads out of curiosity. This then gets logged as coming from the IP that 'owns' the Adsense account. Come time to review the account (usually at payment time), Google sees lots of ad-clicking from a single IP, the same one which happens to run the Adsense account and before you know it, the Adsense account is disabled and you are *permanently* barred from running Adsense.

i see, so what's the requirements for adsense? i know you obviously have to have a website, is it ment to be a certain website with lots of hits or what ever? or can it be any website apart from adult content? what other requirements are there?

3 ad units? is that just a small advert per block = 1 unit i guess?

well, on my site i have this, i wasent sure what you ment - generation-networks.co.uk i think i have 4, + i have the google 468x60 thing

I only see 2 on your site. The skyscraper on the left only counts as one.

I'll try to phrase it a little better. The adsense ad code can only be placed in your page in 3 spots.

You can have other banners on your site (not other ad company banners though), but the most google ads you can have on a page is 3.

So for instance you could have a wide skyscraper on one side, a skyscraper on the other, then a 468x60 ad in the middle, along with a banner from one of your affiliates and you'd be ok. But add ads from another site targeted ads site like clicksor and you'd violate the TOS.

yeah that's pefect, thank you very much so i can still sell the ad space to companys and people, just not ad companys such as clicksor and stuff i get ya, thank you.

so why do you need to be 18 then? because i been using adsense for a day now, i only got a few hits lol, but i need to be 18 for what? :o
