Hello,
Adsense is surely a name registered and Trademarked by google. And , I am not allowed to launch a company under that name. But , this is just an simple online portal nothing else.

As for the domain name there is no problem for me to use Adsense.us as long as i do not try to replicate Google Adsense or try to take advantage of the domain name in any manner. I on the other hand have mentioned clearly that this has no connection with google .

Additionally , domain names acquired by unfair means from google will also be a problem . But , just so you know Google has willingly not registered this domain & i have legally registered this domain.

There are many websites like mine :

1. Analytics.com
2. Adsense.biz
3. Adsense.co.in ( Also for sale by someone else )

Sites like this have been existing and being used since a long time , there is no legal problem .
