Hi spikedo,

I do not rewrite the Wikipedia text, since such a work wouldn't be only $5 (which is the price of the text page in all minisite packages).

In many cases, the wikipedia text as it is works to retrieve targetted ads in AdSense blocks but usually I change the headers to focus in the specific topic, as well as the order of some paragraphs.

In some other cases it is necessary to change some wording in order to get the better results, like increasing the frequency of a certain keyword or deleting some "distracting" sentences.

That is why I keep the "Text adapted from the Wikipedia" standard sentence in the footer of all my minisites.

Nice clean designs - we may add some of our inactive (unparked) domains and have them done by you.

Have any of your sites ranked well in SE results ? I ask because I am worried that the major SEs (G, Y, M) may penalize sites that copy Wikipedia content verbatim.

Any thoughts?

That is something I still need to clarify, but I do have the same concern.

Anyway, I dont think a one-page minisite with a few paragraphs would get a good rank in SE's, even if it is unique content (unless it is a rare topic with not many related websites).

Also, adsense optimized minisites find their best partner in names that get a decent amount of type-in visits, they're not meant to attract SE traffic.

So, the conclusion is that wikipedia text works fine for minisites with type-in, so it is the best option to monetize existing traffic. If the topic or domain name has potential to expect a growing amount of traffic I would recommend unique content or, even better, dynamic content.

Just a quick post to let you know the Deluxe Minisites orders will suffer a delay until new year (first days of january) since my main designer is skateboarding in italian alps Anyway we are still accepting deluxe orders

This situation will not affect timelines for Basic and Standard Minisites, which can be developed during these days, even Christmas, no holidays here!

AdSense Minisites are little information pages related to the topic of the domain name. It is completely fine to optimize the keywords and content structure to retrieve relevant targetted ads.

Hundreds of minisites with adsense are online now, it is a growing practice, since it is much better than parking programs for traffic monetizing.

Yes, I need to include that feature into the site to ease the placing orders process. Currently I am accepting requests through PM in NamePros or by email pertosda @ gmail.com

No price increase planned in a long term.
