I recently took over a domain name portfolio of around 700,000 domain names owned by almost 500 people. My new company manages, sells, and ad senses domain names.
Our clients come to us to monetize portfolios, of which we make 25% off the ad sense.
So here is the situation:
I recently let go my ad sense team from India that my dad had used for almost seven years. I did so because the customer service was horrible, and many of the ad sensed names were not being utilized to 100% of possible earning power as well as they just looked sloppy. As a matter of fact, they were just doing the basic sloppy Joe blow type of job. As pops did not know any better, he just kept paying them all of this time. We lost probably millions.
What I need is an ad sense geek or two that can take a domain name and monetize it (content, look good, seo) based upon the name and put in ad sense, and basically make it a mini ad sense money machine. You will use every tool Google allows to monetize the website. When completed, any ad sense guy would look to it as an example of how to do it right.
What I propose is to try you out on 25 names. You will log into the clients interface at Google and monetize each and every name. You will be paid in chunks of 25. If they are good, and look good, and are SEO'd as well, you get another 25. If those are good, and look good, and are seo'd well into Google then you can have 100 more. I will try you out slowly. I will work you to death. If you survive, you will be the hero that saved the buddy of an owner of the one of the largest reg firms in the world.
The pay off? You get to monetize not only the remaining 700,000 names, but also get to design a system for a large registration firm that auto-monetizes names. In other words, its a dream gig.

I need you to treat these names as your own names. Create each one to make as much money as it can. In exchange, not only will you get paid, but you can also host your names with us for free of charge and use our tools and build your own portfolio. Were a family.

Not only do I need all of these names to have content that makes it google compatible, but they also need to be seo'd. This is a good opportunity for someone with a SEO buddy to come together and become part of the team.
