I'm not sure if this helps or not, but here's the first thing that came to mind...

If you have a common element to all the pages (i.e. - a navigation bar on the bottom, some sort of code to identify the start of your content, etc)

If you use Dreamweaver (this may be a feature in other programs as well, not sure):

* Ctrl-F to bring up Find and Replace
* Put the common element of all the pages into the 'find' box.
* Put the same common element into the 'replace' box, and put the adsense code above/below it.
* Select changes to apply to the entire site, as opposed to just that page.
* Click 'replace all'.

I've used this to update navigation menu links throughout pages on some of my sites. Just make sure it looks right before you change all 15,000 pages! ;)

Always have a backup. :)

Just curious, what exactly didn't work about it?
Unless you have no common elements on your pages....or you want the ads in a spot on the page where no common elements are present, I can't see why it would be a problem.

Sorry I couldn't help out! :(

It did work for 1 file at a time.
Thanks for your help

Change the 'find a replace' to search an entire folder or site, rather than just a single file. It should work the same way. You're welcome though! :)

I haven't found any editor that will handle that amount at one time yet ... It usually has a lot to do with your RAM also ..... EDITPLUS is my favorite Editor.

If you have a way to run PHP on your computer , Write a PHP script to open each file and add the code. You could use "str_replace" to find something common in all pages and replace it with your code.

Most pages have
or something common you could replace with
</head>
<center>
adsense code
</center>
or whatever works for you.

Good Luck :tu:

Yeah , EDITPLUS is the Stuff ;)

I probably shouldn't even mention it :guilty: I had to blackmail another Staff member to find out about it myself :red:

:laugh:

Good Luck with it :tu:
