its a no reserve with a starting bet .. so there are already bets or what ?

ihave found it in reserve met auction list when enabling filters, or maybe it's a confusion when you put it at no reserve and then a high starting point it will shift to reserve met list

I take it you're not actually interested in the domain itself rather than why a no-reserve domain appears in the reserve-met filter, right?
If that's the case then , domain appears because its reserve is already met, ie. 18,888

at least that's how I understand it . Apologies if the answer was irrelevant
