I am new to domain parking and i have some questions , I would really appreciate the help of you guys here.
I used the google keyword tool to look up some keywords and i noticed some keywords have high , medium or low competitions . I would like to know which of type of keywords are most suitable for domain parking . For example Keywords with low , medium or high competition. I would appreciate your suggestions.

Generally keyword with low competition but high searches are preferred because the competition becomes easier and you get more chance for higher ranking.
But if you have a popular site then you may go for medium or high competition keywords. But for parking go for lower competition keyword.

Unless I am mistaken, the "competition" terms on the keyword tool is trying to show the competition from advertisers for the KW and not the competition of trying to rank!.

G couldn't give a rat ass whether you can rank your KW or not, it does however want high advertiser competition for a KW which is how they make money.

In this case, you want a KW with high competition, high searches and low KW competition (use something like MS for this).

Unless the search volume is really high you shouldn't expect much type-in traffic, which is the suitable type of traffic for parking.

Finding domains that will make money on parking, for regfee, is too much to ask imo. You're several years late.

And Googs just tweaked their algorithm to make it very difficult for a parked domain to get indexed.

Absolutely correct, their last panda update tweaked it!...

Code:
Google has revamped a poke algorithm for December, adding improvements to de-emphasize “parked domains” as good as clones of existent sites.

And Googs just tweaked their algorithm to make it very difficult for a parked domain to get indexed.

Thanks a lot for your reply guys . I'm at a point where i don't know which would be more reasonable / profitable to either park my domains myself and use googles "adsense on domain" or to park through a company like sedo or afternic. Which would you guys suggest .

In either case, you're not talking about a lot of money if your domains have not got much traffic, so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it :)

You should really consider building out your domains rather than parking them, that will make them worth more over time, and make you more money.
