AdSense accounts

I'm new to traffic type sites.

I did signup with google adsense and signed up with sitea on sitea.com

Now if i have siteb on siteb.com, can i still use that same adsense account that i i signed up with on sitea.com as well?

Yes you can. But please make sure that the contents of your site in siteb is within Google Adsense TOS.
