Ads on my site

I have google adsense set up on my site, I now want to set up the specific ads, for certain comanies.
What are they called?
How do I find out which businesses are looking to advertise?
How do I get this set up?

You should be able to choose the kinds of ads you want if you select "Referrals" as the type of product you want for your site. The code you used before will be replaced by the new code you create when you select the Referrals ad type and go through the process in your account.

1) Select "Adsense setup".

2) Select "Referrals".

3) Then select the categories, or specific companies you want.

That should get you started.
