This is a pay per click system? If the publishers aren't starting out at a 60-70% commission rate, then what are you starting them off at?

60-70% commission for 500k+ pageviews is extremely low. Are you paying per impression, too?

I forget what they pay. But when I used them they are pretty good. However recently my ads seem to not show so I removed them.

My assumptions is delay of partner feeds showing in different country of origin. I received this report from our clients in China but the rest good so far. I will forward this to our programmer.
