Adobe Premiere CS3 help [Subtitles]

I currently have Adobe Premiere CS3 and I am trouble add subtitles. Can someone please help me? I have been googleing my problem for a long time now and I cant seem to find any help. I would really appreciate it.

I have tried that. I have typed in "subtitles" and there are no relevent issues in there with the word "subtitle."

I apologize man. That is a feature that has to be used with Encore... I believe. That is the only relevant info I can find on it. You can add subtitle streams to the DVD format.

I know that Encore was suppose to come with Adobe Premiere CS3 and in looking for it I have found out it hasn't. I guess I will have to contact Adobe and see what's up. Maybe they can tell me why I don't have Encore.
