What are you planning to do with it?
Since .com and .org already have a website, they won't / might not need a .net, so your end user is someone who wants to compete with them or use the traffic juice and earn some $$ via landing pages.

I think a high $xx to low $xxx is what you can expect.

@BrandMart I will put it for sale now, something low xxx$. If its not sold after few months, I'll develop it.
Domain does have potential in my opinion, .org looks abandoned and not developed, .biz is not developed to its full potential. .com is used to draw the traffic and owner would sell it for 11k $.

admonster.net is a good one . I'll advise you develop and run it for a while, get quality traffic. Do some keyword reasearch to find similar website and later sell it. Best of luck
