I am so sorry but it doesn't qualify for my quality list only because you have "rel = nofollow" on the free links. If you change that I can include it. BTW, you are still welcome to TopDirectories.info

it has rel=nofollow on free links that don't exchange the link.
Silver links are free as well, but they require a link back. By having a backlink directory.io can increase its popularity and - by conseguence - the value of its links. Anyway I'll let you know if I change my mind
