Right now I have the idea to have my own advertising company, buy, sell, text link/ banners.

Publishers, and Advertisers.

Basically www.Adjungle.com has this already, but I want to find a way to make it better.

How did they do it, can it be duplicated?

another one is adbrite.com with no adsense technology with intermission ads an alternative to adsense tech. and others like primaryads.com, leadshound.com clixgalore.com, befree.com, linkshare.com, cj.com mostly with deep pockets.

i think it can be duplicated also leadshound.com turnkey script is for sale as well on the same site. The difficult part is the reputation and the attractiveness for both advertisers and publishers to consider your site out of all the gazillion there is.
