Ad Block and Amazon

Ad Block is hiding all of my Amazon affiliate banner/links/etc. Is there any way to get around this?

what happens if you use a link shortener?

Link shortener might work - don't use Amazon's. . Or use a link cloaking script / plugin. Blockers used to block banners by hiding images with common ad image dimensions, not sure if they still do.
