domain Active Sites...

I have three sites set up with affiliate programs that are in various stages of development. Any comments would be appreciated.

1) 1ad.com has been live for about a year. Currently making me about $250 a month. Sales have been steadily increasing at a slow pace.

2) Obscenitees.com has only been on line for about 6 weeks. Made about $50 in that time. Still waiting to get into the search engines.

3) AppleHelp.com is a brand new site that has yet to actually go live. We will be working with some on line tech support sites to provide help to Apple/Mac users.


Please provide whatever comments you can about name/site values or anything else you might want to say.

IF, 1ad.com is making 250 monthly you would normally, just like any other business, times it by 4.

I think this is the norm, could be wrong though.
So, if what your saying is true, you would be making 3,000 yearly.. So X 4 = $12,000.

Being an affiliate I would find it difficult to sell anywhere near that unless you can truely represent your financial saying.
I'd want IRS tax info.

Your doing pretty good if your making 250 monthly good job.

Thanks for the feedback. I am hoping the sites continue to grow. My goal is to have 100 sites up that make at least $25 a month. That would be some nice income!

Identity, I have not heard the 4x rule of thumb before. How commonly known is that? If I have data to prove the revenue I am generating, how hard do you think it would be to get 4x an annual net income as sale price?

Not sure if it has any impact at all, but as I was saying I spend zero on this site other than the annual registration fee for the name. I put nothing at all into advertising and just by type ins and seraches I get the sales I do. I have no idea in the world how much I could increase my revenue (if at all) by putting any money into advertising, etc.

Overture info lists 2100 - 7800 on my two main key words with the top four bids for placement all over $1.00.

I am asking because I am considering moving the site to pay off some pretty high interest debt.
