Established Active Forum For Sale - Post for host/cash

I'm in need of money so I'm selling a small, but active forum I recently started. It's a post for host/cash forum run on phpbb. Since it's phpbb, you'll want to install a couple anti-spam mods. It's hosted on a reseller from uwhosting.biz which costs $8 a month. There are about 5 hosting accounts currently created.

Domain is registered at namecheap and expires 5/12/08

Revenue: few clicks a week

Could you provide complete revenue statistics? A few clicks can mean $5.00 a week or $0.15.

Also, where exactly are you earning revenue? Assuming you make say, $2.00 a week which is $8.00 a month, you are barely breaking even. I'm just trying to figure out what exactly warrants a $120 price tag.

Just an FYI: You can't use AdSense on that website. Since it is an incentive based posting system, it is against AdSense policy.

Actually, I emailed adsense about it and they said it was fine. Although, I didn't take the chance. You can ask them yourself if you wish.

Perhaps they changed their rules because I had an incentive based posting forum awhile back and they said it was against their program policies.

Put a "www." before the domain. Sometimes browsers wig out and won't load without the prefix.
