I need someone to build an acronym research tool for me. Where should I go to find someone who can do that? It needs to do bulk acronym research and provide several different stats.

I don't really know if I get it, I'm thinking you want something that if you type in APU, you'll get:

...

It's a good start, but you have only one explanation/definition for each abbr. Try typing in ACU or APU into google or bing... there are plenty of them.
You could also include JSON type api, where ppl would simply type in abbrt.com/json/ACU or something like that and they would got the json file with all the possible explanations for that abbriviation.
