The recent sale of recursive.si for $20k proves that premium .si domains are highly coveted.
But let’s be real: $20k was an absolute steal.
Given that recursive self-improvement is the literal core catalyst for superintelligence, that domain was easily a 6-figure asset for any well-funded AI lab.
The buyer got a massive bargain.
This is exactly why I’m holding my domain reproductive.si with a clear vision.
If recursive represents the spark and growth of intelligence, reproductive represents the scaling, duplication, and evolution of these systems—whether we are talking about autonomous AI agent ecosystems or the multi-billion dollar fields of BioTech, Synthetic Biology, and FemTech.

Recursive .si was the first mover (ai .si before that was an investor purchase, so not the same effect), the party probably would not have started yet without that sale, and this was actually the main reason I accepted Recursive’s ”lowish” offer at the end and reported it (I don’t usually do the latter). Sometimes I’m more interested in action than money, because domaining can be pretty boring, sometimes. Cheers.
