Acceptable Forum Auction Techniques

I'd like to suggest something else be added to the Sales and Auction "Stickies"
There are now a lot of Domains being sold and auctioned that are "DNS" only domains - (Reg'd for cheaper price w/o any Added Features). This is fine as long as the buyer/bidder is made aware of it ahead of time - But a little aggravating when you have to pay to use the domain you just purchased ....... and as far as I know - There's no way to find this Status out from anyone but the current owner ~
Thanks ~
