Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to reply to this thread. I acquired the the domain Abubakr.net, witch is an Arabic nickname, and I'm looking for your valuable advice.
For information, Abubakr.com sold for $1000 a few days ago at GoDaddy.

I don't specialize in Arabic domains but I can see value in this name. Based on my observation .net is fairly common is Arab countries. And this is a surname that can branded for pretty much anything. I'm instinctively thinking that the .com might have sold for more.
Value ? No idea. Keep it and wait ? Yes. Good luck.

Thanks Kate. The dot com was sold on 2016/04/24 for 1005$ exactly. The dot info and dot us extensions are taken. I noticed the surname domains sell well regardless of cultures and languages, but how long it will last I don't know!
So I'm just buying some.
