About eNom Domain Grabber ?

Does anyone know about the eNom Domain Grabber ? Rules or restrictions about using this or how well it catches domains or a similar software like this one? I heard that enom is very strict and that the lines are slow... is that true? Does anyone know of a similar software that are free?
