Not sure why the low appraisals.There's always a buyer somewhere for common first names..this one has double the potential because it's a first AND last name.It's inevitable that someone will want this name from you at some point.I know I would want Matt.us!
I haven't seen any "name" domains sell in awhile,(perhaps because the owners want to keep them? or asking too much?) so it's hard to estimate an amount.If I had it I wouldn't sell it for less than a few hundred.

I think sometimes we have to hold up our hands and say we were wrong, which in this case we were. In this forum we are claiming to offer informed advice...yes occasionally a seller gets lucky, but the end result in this case is that a first name with .us extension can get upper range $xx. That is the lesson to learn. :gl:
